Suggest Treatment For Fever, Vomiting And Loose Motion
Question: my baby old 2 years 4 months running having fever,vomiting,loose motion , what i do

Most likely cause of these symptoms is a viral gastroenteritis episode which are self limiting and need just symptomatic treatment with oral rehydration to prevent dehydration.
So you may take the following measures to help him:
1. Give him Syp. Ondansetrone or Domperidone for vomiting episodes.
2. Also, give Junior Lanzol dispersable tablet after dissolving in small quantity of water to relieve associated gastritis.
3. Keep him well hydrated by regular feeds and oral rehydration therapy such as lemonade, soups or ORS available OTC after proper constitution.
4. For fever spikes, you may give acetaminophen for relief and repeat it after 6-8 hours if fever persists.
