I have a lactose intolerance. Does that change your recommendation on what to eat?
It also occurred to me that first, I thought this was due to a large clump of goat cheese on a salad I ate Friday night---thought this could be caused by lactose.
And then I thought that I have been taking more D-Mannose than usual as well, since I had been bothered by a UTI. The Internet said D-Mannose, in too-large quantities, can also cause diarrhea. Of course this isn't exactly diarrhea. It's just mucus popping forth. And the last one was not pink tinged, just a light yellow.
The fever is gone.
Does any of this change your opinion?

Brief Answer:
Hi, it sure does. Avoid the yoghurt part.

Hi, it sure does. Avoid the yoghurt part. And it could have been due to D-Mannose. It could settle with immodium twice a day. But why not still do a stool check? It is always better. Regards
