Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
I have read your query. Is she having any symptoms like pain, heavy bleeding etc?
I have seen her ultrasound report and in my opinion she should go for hysterectomy if she is having any problem due to fibroid. If she is not having any symptoms then surgery can be delayed.
Small nabothian cysts do not require any treatment, they resolve with time.
Hope this will be helpful.
Good luck.
