Brief Answer:
Fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Savella contains milnacipran which specifically was approved for treating fibromyalgia. The medication is fine. If the severity persists then pregabalin can be added to the savella. Trigger point injections with local anesthetic is an option that can be used in severe cases not responding to medication or during flares. You may go to a doctor near you or fix an appointment with your doctor and discuss these options.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
