Brief Answer:
Medicinal treatment
Detailed Answer:
good evening..
sorry for the late reply. on vacation with family
Well, it s goof that you decided to go with natural therapy. we recommend most of the patients the same initially. But at times, Wen the results are not working as it is a slow therapy then you do need medical treatment as well. It helps break the cycle and meanwhile you continue with your daily natural treatment. Once the pain cycle is broken, you can reduce the medicines and slowly go off it but that usually takes 4 to 6 months time. As long as you are motivated to do it, you will be able. to get off the drugs. I would recommend duloxetine or amitryptilline for you. I am not sure which one you tried, but this will help provide pain relief in the shoulders as well..
hope the information was useful
