Brief Answer:
NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, rule out urinary tract stone

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

NSAIDs like diclofenac along with muscle relaxants such as tizanidine or cyclobenzaprine can be advised to look for improvement. If the pain is severe then IM injection of diclofenac sodium can be administered or narcotics like tramadol can be given. Urinalysis and an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis and/or x ray KUB can be advised to look for evidence of a stone along the urinary tract that can also cause such pain.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
