Suggest Treatment For Flatulence, Vomiting And Uneasiness In Stomach
Question: hello, I am suffering from gas problem causing vomiting on today morning .now having uneasyness.my age is 24yrs.and an IT professional having no leave. please suggest some easy drugs good lifestyle.Today I have taken the jaurney to my office which is aboute 15 km with emty stomach.is it affect my stomach?please guide me. thank you

You seem to be suffering from Acid reflux disease.
I would recommend you following for the treatment:
1. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
2. Anti acidity syrup like Digene.
In case your symptoms persist even after taking these medicines you would require to get an Ultrasound Abdomen done to rule out gall bladder stones.
If you improve then I would advice following life style chances to prevent further episodes:
1. To take Soft and Bland diet.
2. To walk after all meals.
3. To Avoid fatty, spicy and junk food.
4. Avoid excess of tea and coffee.
5. To Avoid alcohol and smoking consumption in case you do.

I have taken pentop D in empty stomach and tab arystrozyme after meal.but my
recovery is not to my satisfection.though my vomiting tendency is over but my gas problem is persist.that sir I had chicken pox in last month in 7th XXXXXXX and I had
taken Azifast 500-6 tabs,and valtoval 500 for 6days 6 tabs daily acc to the advice of my skin specialist. PLEASE tell me if it is a side effect of my medicine.

Hello, taking those medicines would effect your stomach and cause gaseous issues only transiently and won't persist for long.
I would advice in such case, to carry on with the Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination for at least 2 weeks.
If you don't get relief, i would recommend and Ultrasound Abdomen and Upper GI Endoscopy.
In case you have any diarrhea or weight loss, anemia associated, you would require to go for evaluation of Malabsorption syndromes like celiac disease.

2. To take Paracetamol for body pains and fever.
3. To do warm saline gargles and do steam inhalation.
You would recover in 3-5 days. If you have any severe throat pain, you should see your doctor for evaluation of any streptococcal throat infection.
