Brief Answer:
List of all possible causes given for your reference ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There can be many causes that can result in flatulence, and taking your age and sex into consideration I shall try and come up with a list of most likely causes for your reference ma'am:

+Gastric conditions: Like gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, acid reflux, etc.
+Intestinal conditions: Like irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, etc.
+Hormonal causes: Especially if you are birth control, or other such hormonal pills; but a hormonal fluctuation can also cause this
+Dietary causes: Eating a diet which consists of foods or drinks that can cause increased flatulence (e.g. lentils, radishes, etc.)
+Menopause or peri-menopause: A hormonal imbalance can result around menopause or during menopause, which causes increase gastric symptoms in many women
+Stress: It can trigger increased acid production in the stomach and in turn result in increased flatulence
+Lack of exercise or physical activity : Can result in poor digestion and thus increased flatulence
+Poor fluid intake: At least 2-3 litres of water needs to be consumed on a daily basis

As you can see ma'am, there can be many causes and thus you should go through all your symptoms with your doctor who can then help establish a diagnosis and help you accordingly. Each condition listed above has its own specific symptoms, and so sharing your symptoms can help narrow down the search.

Please also feel free to write to me about your symptoms, or which of the above listed conditions you have already been diagnosed with or can relate to, so I can guide you accordingly.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please do not hesitate to write to me about anything, anytime. I am always here to help ma'am.

Best wishes.
