Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the response.
As such heavy weight lifting does not cause floater.
In heavyweight lifting usually we hold breath and which causes increase blood pressure and which will further increases the IOP( intraocular pressure) which causes floters in eyes, that last for few minutes.
If there is a pathology already present in eyes, increase IOP cause haemorrhage which is a cause of concern.
In your case as you are not having any pathology there is no need to worry and you can resolve this issue with not holding your breath too long and do vulsalva maneuver( take breath in and out) so the pressure is maintained in eyes.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
Regards
