Brief Answer:
Treatment is almost same as in healthy individual.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have flu. It may be due to infuenza virus infection or other viral infection.

Simple viral infection can be treated by plenty of fluid orally and intravenously. Fever can be reduced by paracetamol. Even in cirrhosis paracetamol can be taken in routine dosage. But you should take it as and when required. Don't take more than 2 gm per day.

Influenza can be treated by tamiflu. It it prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

You should go for complete blood count and peripherals smear examination.

Monitoring of platelets count is needed in viral infection. If you have any signs of bleeding then consult your doctor urgently.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
