Suggest Treatment For Fluctuations In Heart Rate
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome back to HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to orthostatic intolerance.
Have you measured your blood pressure during these days?
It is quite normal to have some low blood pressure and tachycardia during the hot days of the summer.
I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure in sitting and than standing up position. If your blood pressure falls more than 20 mmHg during standing up position compared to sitting position, it could indicate possible orthostatic hypotension.
A Head Up Tilt test is needed to rule in/out this possibility.
Besides, I would also recommend performing some new blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, blood electrolytes for possible imbalance) to exclude possible metabolic causes related to this symptomatology.
Anyway, it does not seem to be anything concerning. Your symptoms are not related to any cardiac disorder.
I recommend you to avoid straining physical activity, staying in hot places for a long time and take plenty of fluids (water, juices) to remain well hydrated.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal if you have any other uncertainties!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
