Suggest Treatment For Fluid Collection In Lower Leg, Swelling In Calves And Feet

Doppler ultrasound&angiologist consultation advised...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
From what you are describing, your symptoms are suggestive for vein insufficiency. It is hard for the legs vein to collect blood from the lower extremities, thus, it will remain there showing up with edema of legs/feet.
I advise to run Doppler ultrasound of blood vessels in the lower extremities for further evaluations. You should discuss it further with angiologist who is the specialist for the blood vessels problems.
You should discuss with him about the best way to treat vein insufficiencyand if you are suitable for vein sclerotherapy or heat vein ablation.
Furthermore, an abdominal ultrasound is advised to evaluate the status of liver.
Meanwhile, I seen that you are using socks that reach to your knees. To my opinion, you need long stockings reaching your pelvis. Also you should loose weight and increase exercise. You should avoid staying in standing position for long periods.
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
All the best!
