Brief Answer:
Foamy urine is caused by protein.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Foamy urine is very concerning symptom. It usually indicates lots of protein in the urine. It can be there due to chronic kidney failure, glomerulonephritis (inflammation of the kidney).
Chest sensation along with bile in the mouth are most likely caused by acid reflux.
It may be more intense if you eat before sleeping or have bad diet.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have urine analysis done at first. If protein is confirmed, you should consult nephrologist.

For acid reflux please start with diet improvement. Try to avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juices. Do not eat 2 hours before sleeping.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
