Brief Answer:
they could be follicular bumps

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
It would be difficult to make a comment unless you attach a picture of the lesion. Usually after shaving the skin can be red and small follicular bumps may be seen and if you scratch them then a wheal and bump may be formed which is normal to experience. So please attach a pic of the lesion in the follow up for better opinion.

Brief Answer:
follicular bumps

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Please don't be worried. These are typical follicular bumps seen after shaving especially seen if you shave the same area multiple times and have been using an old razor which have been used earlier by you and the blade is often blunt. Just apply some moisturizer over the raw area and it should subside in next 6 hrs.

Brief Answer:
start meds

Detailed Answer:
As i can see inflammation and redness still persists. You would have to apply an OINTMENT SOFRAMYCIN locally over it twice a day for 3 days and take an antihistaminic like TAB CETRIZINE 5mg twice a day for 2 days. + TAB AZITHROMYCIN 500mg stat dose. Avoid scratching it.
Review with follow up
