Seems to be folliculitis, take oral and topical antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems to be folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antibiotic like tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should help in resolving them.
