Suggest Treatment For Food Allergy

Question: Hello Dr. ,
I am facing allergic issues.
Not sure of the reason.. There are two issues that I have.. One is skin problem related to allergy. Doctor have concluded that I have Urtikaria.. and have noticed that whenever I have onion in my food, I start feeling itchiness in whole body and then scratches and redness appear and then instantly i need to take medicine.. I take anti-allergic to reduce it. I generally take Montenemac/Cetrizine and then in half an hour it reduces. in 2-3 days i need to take one pill. Doctor told me that it does nt have any definite period that it can be treated. Please suggest any other solution. I am taking anti-allergic since 3years. earlier i used to take it daily as I ws not aware of being allergic to onion. Not sure if I am allergic to something else as well..

My another concern is pimples problem. I am facing this issue too since around 3-4 yrs. I was not aware of the reason as I dnt have bad eating habits. I am a pure vegeterian and used to drink lots of juices and coconut water and shakes and buttermilk so that it cools down body temperature too.. But since around 1.5 yrs, I noticed that intake of any milk product like milk, curd, cheese, paneer produces pimples. even a small intake of it pops pimples... Its getting really difficult to survive without milk product and also maybe I am allergic to chana, not sure.
so, in short I am facing pimple problem and what i think is I am allergic to milk products and chana,.. have not followed any medication and try to drink lots of water, coconut water, lemon water and home made food, still it does not help. Is there anything i can intake so that it helps me cover my lactose intolerance problem.
Please revert back :)

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for your reply. Will get these tests done and will upload the results for further investigation.

In the meantime, could you suggest some medicine/food supplement which would help in reducing the effect of dairy products. Thanks.
