Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning
I consulted a physician and he diagnosed some other antibiotic along with doverin 40, paracetamol (sos) and antacid tablet to be taken empty stomach . Taking these medicines didn't improve my loss of appetite. Every evening I catched fever about 100.5°.
After 3 days he stopped antibiotic n asked me to continue other medicines along with digiplex syrup. He even asked me to get an ultrasound of abdomen. I didn't hv fever after that.
But even after taking such medicines I feel loss of appetite n sensations in my stomach especially above my naval and to the right side where GB and liver lie... My ultrasound is normal with just slight enlargement of my spleen..
There is no medicine to improve hunger or appetite

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You seem to have contracted a gastrointestinal infection and the enlargement of spleen can just be a non-specific reaction to any infection. However, unless such infections are associated with bloody diarrhea they are self-limiting and need not be treated with antibiotics. In any case, antibiotics do not affect your appetite and there is no medicine that can actually increase your appetite. Since your ultrasound is otherwise normal you need not worry. Just remain active, exercise regularly and eat a fiber rich diet. I do not think that you would need to worry about anything else.
Let me know if I could help further.

Suggest me the type of food I should take alongwith the fruits that I should take.
Also suggest whether I should continue taking Pansec L (pantaparezole and levosulpiride) once daily bbf and digeplex (alpha-amylase and pepsin liquid) one tsb daily after breakfast and dinner
Could be due to celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome
Detailed Answer:
You could be having irritable bowel syndrome and certain types of foods could be precipitating spasms. I would insist you to remove wheat and related products (source of gluten) from your diet completely for at least a couple of weeks. If it helps, you need to continue the same.
Mebeverine (prescription medicine) may help in relieving the spams (the trouble you feel in your stomach). Discuss with your treating physician. Visiting a gastroenterologist could help.
You may or may not continue Pansec L depending on whether it helps. If it helps, continue. If not, stop taking it.
