Brief Answer:
Looks to be muscle stiffeness

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and going by the symptoms it could be common muscle stiffness/spasm,to confirm that please tell me -do you have difficulty with restriction of neck and shoulder movement?
You may do hot water fomentation, and take muscle relaxant drug like thiocolchicoside beside pain killer diclofenac.
Physiotherapy in form of SWD and TENS therapy also helps.
Hope this suffices.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Muscles are stiff;may follow suggestion as told

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you
This is muscle stiffness and I am sure you will improve with the treatment as told earlier.
Application of heat especially moist has soothing action on muscle. I usually adivice hot water fomentation, in this dip a towel in hot water and after squeezing it spread it like a sheet over the sore muscles. A word of caution check the warmth of towel and it should not be too warm.
Take care
