Brief Answer:
You need to go to the ER as soon as posible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.

I am sorry, but there is not possible to remove the large foreign object at home. You may risk of injuring yourself. If rectum is damaged, serious complications might happen. You need expert medical help to remove the object from the rectum without perforating/rupturing it.

Depending from the kind of the object, even a few centimeter inside the rectum might damage it. It can compromise the blood flow and cause a necrosis of the walls of the rectum. The object can damage even the anal sphincter and cause an incontinence for gas or feces.

Please trust me on this. Seek expert medical help as soon as possible.

Wish you the best of health. Feel free to ask further.

Kind regards
Dr.Endri Katro
