Suggest Treatment For Freckle

Question: does this look like a spider or cherry angionoma? not sure what it is but it doesn't have the legs so doubtful it's a spider. I think it may be cherry angionoma bit want to be sure. I took a picture zoomed all the way in. It's small like a freckle and if I put enough pressure on it I can get it to Blanche so I know it's some type of vascular lesion.

It doesn't look like a spider vein.
