Hi
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed a mixed infection over the penile region .
Such an infection might need to be treated by application of topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole twice daily for atleast to days .
In addition ,short term courses of oral antibiotics like azithromycin may dodo be needed .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Applt the antifungal cream twice daily .
See a nearby doctor if the lesions tend to persist or increase inspite of the above treatment .
Use adequate contraception during any contact till the lesions heal.

Thank u. The antifungal treatment is ok but I am more worried because of the pain caused by the breakage of frenulum..its been month...and any contact leads to pain that is making it impossible to penetrate. This is probably my last follow up question. Plz let me knw of anything is serious.do I need to consult a urologist physically. And wat if they suggest circumcision. ? Or frenuloplasty.... I am planning for first child with my wife...wat will b the side effects.?
Brief Answer:
Take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
The pain you are experiencing is probably because the wound caused by the year in frenulum is infected .
Once you take proper treatment ,the wound should also heal .
If in case ,the discomfort still persists after treatment ,then you can surely see a urologist and plan further management .
Circumscision will have no effect on your reproductive life.
