Take rabeprazole, simethicone, and UDCA and vitamin E

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.

I understood your concern

For acidity and gas problem:
1. Avoid food that increase gas like beans, pulses, cabbage, peas
2. Avid food that increase acid productions like tea, coffee, citrus and spicy and fatty food
3. See if milk make your symptoms worse then please avoid it
4. Take capsule containing simethicone thrice a day
5. Also take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole along with a prokinetic agent like domepridone once in a day before breakfast
6. Avoid smoking also

For fatty Liver:
Fatty liver has many cause like Hepatitis B, C, Metabolic disorders, NAFLD, alcohol intake etc. So I will suggest you to visit a Hepatologist for evaluation who will advise tests and then manage accordingly.

Meanwhile there are few medicines which I found very useful in my patients are ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg bd and vitamin E 400mg od

Do regular exercise and reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid alcohol if you drink.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
