Brief Answer:
Raises the suspicion of pancreatitis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. These symptoms are very suggestive of acute pancreatitis which is often provoked by alcohol and fatty foods. I will encourage you to keep away from these food types and any other food type that provokes this pain. It will also be nice to get evaluated as some other disease conditions especially liver disease and high cholesterol may be responsible for this. An ultrasound may help look for possible stones in the biliary tracts that may also be contributing to this. The best doctor to consult at this time for confirmation and further investigation is a gastroenterologist.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
