Brief Answer:
Could be multi triggered wheeze or episodic viral wheeze

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
the current management of wheezing is going off from nebulizations and more and more inhalers are being prescribed. Inhalers are the best current practice as far as wheezing child is concerned.

Rather than nebulization, it is better to give metrered dose inhalers.

Side effects usually occur only when given without oxygen, like unconsciousness, aggravation of hypoxia (less oxygen in blood) or sometimes even death is reported with nebulization is given without oxygen, due to ventilation perfusion mismatch.
