Brief Answer:
GERD is more likely
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
If you just have dry cough after getting up then probably you are suffering from Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
This condition leads to regurgitation and dry cough in the morning.
However, if ever you have got any investigations like blood tests or X ray Chest, share them with me.
Also tell me in case you have been taking any medications for this like Levocetrizine.
If you have taken any anti allergic medications and you are still not relieved, then my diagnosis is more likely to be in favour of GERD.
Attach if you have any Xray or Blood tests and also mention what medications you have been taking for this.
