Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification is important

Detailed Answer:
Good morning.

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have checked the ECG tracings and they are not a cause for concern. I would insist you to take atorvastatin 20 mg once daily (after confirming from your treating physician) since that will help in bringing your blood lipids down. However, this is not likely to cause gastric problems.

If you have gastric problems:
* Take omeprazole once daily before breakfast.
* Avoid long gap between meals.
* Avoid spicy food and chillies.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
