Thanks for your prompt response.
My headache is usually for long duration and doesn't go off till the time I have tablet Saridon.
I get headache almost in all area of my head, sometime it is in frontal area or half head, or exactly on top of the head or behind eyes to head top (sorry I couldn't find the technical term to describe it)
There is no nausea or vomiting and neither it is sensitive to light or sound but the intensity of headache is huge.
I don't have sleep disturbance or anxiety (Very rarely I feel breathlessness during night, but it happened only on very few occasions)

Hello,
I have gone through your question.
Possibility of migraine headache and tension type headache is more likely. You should take amitryptiline 10 mg and Flunarizine 10 mg initially.
The dose of amitryptiline may be increased if not releived after 2 weeks.
Precautions like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding triggers like fasting, stress, excessive tea or coffee and chocolates.
Avoid taking regular pain killers as it may lead to medication overuse headache.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
