Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination Along With Burning Sensation
Question: My wife XXXXX aged 33 years, weight 45kg and height 4.9 foot, have been suffering from frequent urination and burning sensation problem for over one month. Her problem gets worse in night to till morning. Morning to evening I feel alright. What should I do? Recently, I had laparoscopy for gallbladder removal due to gall stones.
I have enclosed my recent urine routine and microscopy and urine culture examination report for your kind perusal and further advice.

As desired, I have uploaded recent examination reports of Urine Routine and Urine Culture for your kind reference.
Apart from above reports, I have also uploaded following reports was done in September 2016, these was done during the period of Laparoscopy:-
1) Complete Blood Count
2) Liver Function Test, Urine Test and Random Blood Sugar Test
3) Ultrasound Whole Abdomen.

I have seen the reports. She has acute urinary tract infection. For urine infection I suggest to my patients:
Tab Septran (cotrimoxazole) 960 mg twice a day for 5 days. It would be two tablets of septran at one time.
She should also drink lots of cleaner drinking water. Cranberry juice is also good.
Regarding gall stones, if she is having pain, she can consult a surgeon.
