Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination With Bleeding
Question: Frequent urination with bleeding and some tissue.
Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Such symptoms are usually present with urinary tract infection (bladder infection most likely). You may have also some fever and lower abdominal pain with this issue.
If you smoke, bladder cancer can be also the case.
I suggest you to consult your doctor and have urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound done. If infection will be confirmed, antibiotic treatment is necessary. If no infection will be found, you should consult urologist and consider cystoscopy.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I had similar symptoms a year ago. A urologist did a cytoscopy and an x-Ray with iodine. Found nothing. I feel tired but no fever or abdominal pain. Is this urgent or can it wait 30 days for follow up? I am traveling.
Brief Answer:
Antibiotic should be given.
Detailed Answer:
If its an infection you should get an antibiotic as soon as possible. This is not urgent, however if you leave it without treatment, it may become urgent. And no need to visit urologist at this point. Just have urine analysis done.
