Im a male 38
Urine clear and no pain
Brief Answer:
polyuria first sign of diabetes
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You are having problems with frequent urination without pain. This is a first sign of diabetes. It is not a sign of prostate cancer. Frequent urination from diabetes is from extra sugar passing the kidneys and causing extra fluids to be pulled with the extra sugar. If you have access to a glucometer I would recommend that you have your blood sugar checked. A fasting blood sugar greater than 126 or 160 2 hours after a meal suggests diabetes.

Brief Answer:
Diabetes can come out of nowhere
Detailed Answer:
Yes diabetes can come out of nowhere. It is easily treated with either insulin or oral medication depending on the type of diabetes. There are two types. Type 1 is caused by a loss of teh insulin producing cells in the pancreas and requires insulin replacement. Type two is adult onset usually from being overweight and can be treated with diet, exercise and oral medications.
You will need to see your medical provider to determine what type of DM you have if in fact you do have diabetes
