Question: HI Doctor,
how to stop frequest urinaation . i checked my sugar which is 105 fasting and after PP is 138.

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

105 fasting and after PP is 138- sugar values are not indicative of Diabetes.

Diuretics are another common cause of increased micturition. Are you on any medicines?

Further, increasing a lot of water can commonly cause increased micturition called as primary polydipsia. Diabetes insipidus can be another cause for the same.

For now,please tell whether you are on any medicines?If yes,what are they?
Are you drinking plenty of water?

yes i am taking aurvedic medicine for increasing my sperm counting. my sperm couting was only 38% . so for increasing sperm counting i am doing this. these are normal tablets, in that one tablet is for bacterial infection. Also i am taking daily half liter milk with turmeric.(yellow milk).
morning 1liter water at 7:30 am.
also cliamte also changes since last 4 days here. cold cliamte now. in occife ac also cooled.

yesterday i took cefakind 250gm and Urimax D for urnine control.

sir, what is mean by Diabetes insipidus and is it controllable.

Ayurvedic medicine may be causing it.

Probably your ayurvedic medicines are causing increased frequency of micturition.
Sometimes urine infection can also cause the same.So,I would suggest you to get a urine examination(routine microscopy) done and get back with the reports.

Diabetes insipidus is a disease caused by the deficiency of antidiuretic hormone.However, it is a less common cause.

Most common causes are Medicines.(as probably ayurvedic medicines in your case).

sir,
also i am suffering from BALANITIS.

Itchiness around the glans area
area around the glans (head of the penis) is red
Phimosis - the foreskin is tight and does not retract (can't pull it back)

I have gone through your urine examination report.It mentions of 1-2 pus cells/hpf which is normal.It is a perfectly normal report.

Further, I would suggest you to get physically examined by a general surgeon for balanitis. He is the best specialist to manage it.
