Brief Answer:
This is not right treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I do not think that Omnocortil will be helpful. Frozen shoulder is a symptom. We need to find cause of the frozen shoulder.
1.Idiopathic - it is common in Diabetes or Thyroid patient. You need to check your sugar and thyroid level.
2.There can be tear in shoulder muscle. It can be diagnosed with Ultrasound or MRI.
If there is only frozen shoulder and there is no cuff tear then you need to follow these steps.
1.Take Etoricoxib 90 mg per day. Tablet Pregabalin M at night time.
2.Hot water fomentation.
3.Physiotherapy and range of movement exercises. You need to go to physiotherapist as initially few months can be painful. If pain is very severe then steroid injection can be given.
4.Once pain decrease then you need to work on shoulder movements.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if you want to ask any other followup questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
You need to stop Omnacortil as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest you to stop taking Omnacortil as soon as possible as it may be dangerous for bones. I would suggest you to stop it immediately. You can get steroid injection in shoulder by a orthopaedic surgeon or arthroscopy surgeon. It will help you in relieving your symptoms. After that you can do physiotherapy and you will get good range of movement in three to four weeks.
thanks
