Question : good evening. I will have food on time every day. but soon after having lunch I feel that my stomach is full & I hear sounds from my stomach. when I go to toilet, only gas comes out. I am 33 male.

Hi
Fullness of stomach after food is natural.
If it is full even after intake of small amount of food is abnormal. I prescribe Rabeprazole 20mg tablet along with Levosulpiride 150mg to my patients with similar complaints.
During food intake , some amount of gas enters into stomach and it comes out as Flatus . It is a natural phenomenon.
In majority of people, gas comes out first before stool.If only gas comes,you should take high fiber diet,drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
