Brief Answer:
PPI group of drug is advisable with few life style modifications

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I really appreciate your concern for your husband.
Fundal gastritis is treatable, you need not to worry
Proton pump inhibitor group of drugs like pantoprazole or rabeprazole to be taken half an hour before food twice daily for 10 to 15 days with antacids like diagene or gelusil is advisable.

Apart from medicines he should follow these guidelines
Avoidance of fatty fried spicy and junk food
No smoking and alcohol consumption
No stress and anxiety, it can be managed with relaxation exercises, meditation and yoga.
weight management

Bleeding external anal skin tag can be removed surgically, I would advise him to visit a general surgeon or proctologist for surgical resection of skin tags
I would advise him to avoid constipation by taking lots of dietary fiber supplements, fresh fruits and vegetables
Sitz bath twice daily is advisable in case of pain and bleeding
Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for follow up, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
