Suggest Treatment For Fungal Balanitis

Question: Hi, I have what may be balanitis...4 days of horrible itching, scaling, peeling, swollen skin along the entire shaft of my penis. Is there any over the counter treatment I can do right now to at least reduce symptoms? What can make it better?
