Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection Around The Penis And Tight Foreskin
Question: Dear Doctor Sir,
I am 48 year old men , I am suffering a fungal Infection around my pennies and my Skin is not going down as It was going before, it has become tight and also XXXXXXX red spot occour on to my pennies head there have been in outer skin of my pennies severe itches, raches, blood spots, and inner skin of pennies red spot occour on to my pennies head and depositing some white colored puss .Daily I have cleaning this and removing this puss plz give me some advice for treatment. I have some sugar also (180).

I have gone through your history and according to me you are having candidal balanoposthitis which is a yeast infection.
I also need to ask you whether your sexual partner is having history of any vaginal discharge or itching in the genitalia and if yes we need to treat her also. You have also mentioned about high blood glucose level. It is also associated with high chances of yeast infection. So you need to take care of your sugar levels.
As far as treatment is concerned maintain proper hygiene and wash the area with water only. No need to use soap and keep the area as dry as possible. If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply antifungal cream like CLOTRIMAZOLE cream twice daily on the affected area. If that is not helpful then take tablet FLUCONAZOLE 200 mg under doctors supervision. For itching you may take antihistaminic like tablet LEVOCETRIZINE 5 mg twice daily. These need to be continued for 2 weeks.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see a doctor in person to get them.
