Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection In Bladder With Muscle Cramps And Vomiting
This could be not due to fungal infection of bladder .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a doubt to have fungal infection of the bladder. At the outset let me state that isolated fungal infection of the bladder is unknown. Most of the time it is fungal infection of genitals like vagina in females giving rise to symptoms like itching of vagina, vaginal discharge, burning urination etc
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have itching of genitals with vaginal discharge ?
2) Do you have urinary symptoms like burning, urgency, frequency for urination ?
3) Was fungal infection confirmed by lab tests? Is it possible to upload reports ?
The vomiting and severe body ache that you had could be due to either UTI or Viral infection and needs to be confirmed by following basic tests
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Complete haemogram with total and differential WBC and Platelet counts
3) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis .
In the meanwhile take symptomatic treatment and continue with anti fungal medication .
Ensure to drink more water to keep yourself well hydrated .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

the other picture is of the inside of my bladder.
there are two different UA'S...the first one is before I started with the antifungal meds and the other one was after I started taking them. the pills were working at first but now they arent.
You seem to have what is called as Non Bacterial Cystitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feed back and follow up .
I have gone through your report and is of the opinion that there is no evidence of bacterial infection as confirmed by negative culture .However presence of WBC and RBC in routine urine test suggest inflammation of bladder mucosa .
The presence of WBC and RBC without absence of bacteria detected on urine culture is called as non bacterial or Abacterial Cystitis,
The etiology of this condition is still unknown and that is the reason no urologist could explain your problem This is very common in females due to closed proximity of urethral opening to the anus which predisposes to catch up the infection very easily compared to males .
The other factors that predispose to inflammation are use of sprays ,vaginal douches , chemicals in soap and bubble baths are common factors that cause inflammation of bladder in females..
Following general measures do help to get relief to certain extent
1) Ensure to drink more water .
2) Proper personal hygiene by washing the perineal region and wiping it from front to back every time after passing urine
3) Ensure to wash private area after intercourse
4) Avoiding bubble baths ,and other chemicals do help to get relief .
5) Take urinary antiseptic like Pyrideum twice daily as a prophylaxis
Hope this will help you
Thanks and Regards.

There is no positive evidence of fungal infection on urine culture neither on cystoscopic findings .

further studies showed that there are a lot of people who have IC who were never tested for it and were diagnosed with it based on symptoms. I believe half of these people have fungal infections and are being treated for a disease they don't have, which could cause more problems. Fungal infections in the bladder is rare, but is it really?????
Research Fungus balls in the bladder and read what these Drs had to Say. The Mortality Rate Is VERY high If It's Not diagnosed properly

Hello
Thanks for uploading new facts and follow up .
Since you living in endemic area where fungal infection is common you have to get it ruled out by doing necessary tests as per protocol followed in that region.
