Hi Doctor, I have attached pictures of sides and including all affected area.
There is a white area that I can scrap and remove easily and comes again.
If I don't take shower on the daily basis, then that white crust accumulates and it starts smelling.
Please help, I have being fighting with this fungi for many years but no luck so far...
I have been trying all kind of uni fungi medication over the counter but that did not help.
The powder I mentioned in the initial question tried to reduce it but fungi/yeast comes again once I stop using it.
I need permanent cure!

Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is looking like fungal infection.
Sometimes fungal infection becomes resistant.
I usually treat such cases with capsule itraconazole and topical terbinafine.
I have seen excellent response with that.
You can try this in consultation of your doctor.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you .
