Brief Answer:
Severe fungal infection ,take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures.
You seem to have developed severe fungal infection over the buttocks .
Please do not apply waladerm or any other such medicines since these contain steroids and tend to increase the infection .
Start application of terbinafine cream over the affected areas twice daily .
Apply it regularly for atleast three weeks .
Take tablet fluconazole 150mg once a week for three weeks .
Take tablet levocetrizine once daily at night for seven days.
Discuss regarding these with your doctor for prescription of medications.
Follow the above treatment for three weeks regularly. I am sure it will help .
