Question: What is your recommendation regarding, for this question here, toenails? If they are not trimmed on a regular basis do they change so they always look different than when they were trimmed and a nail fungus treatment called Zeta only available online is the best for nail fungus - can it be eliminated? What is the best? So effect of trimming or not and Zeta or is there a better treatment for fungus is the question.Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Need to know the severity of toenail fungus

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I will take your questions one at a time.

Q. If they are not trimmed on a regular basis do they change so they always look different than when they were trimmed
-Yes to some extent

Q. a nail fungus treatment called Zeta only available online is the best for nail fungus - can it be eliminated?
- My clinical experience says that it cannot be eliminated completely with medicines, whether allopathic or herbal etc. Zeta contains some herbal oils. May work as long as it is used, but the fungus will comeback when zeta not used. Zeta will also have some gastro-intestinal side effects. Then it may become more severe or different colour fungus.

Q. What is the best?
- Best is to prevent it. My experience says that it can be effectively prevented from developing or from becoming severe by drinking water that is free of fungi. Best way to get cleanest water is from reverse osmosis filtration technique.

If the fungus is still in the starting stages and just some discolouration at the corners of the toe nail, then it can be taken care of with medicines and water.

If the toenail has become badly damaged and thick, then these measures will be mostly ineffective. That time the techniques to remove the dead nail tissue will provide some relief for example scholl's fungal nail treatment, etc.

Hope it helps
