Brief Answer:
Unless you have active and acute pain it is not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the provided details. It is quite clear that you have a stone in the gall bladder. The size of the stone is big and so it is unlikely to slide into the common bile duct (CBD). Unless you have acute and active pain there is no justification for going for a surgery. However, remain mentally prepared for an urgent surgery if ever you develop an acute abdominal pain or an obstructive jaundice. Most often such things never develop in a lifetime in spite of having a gallstone in place.
Let me know if I could help further.

I have no pain till. what is risk
Brief Answer:
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
In that case just do not bother. Forget that it was ever detected. Just have in mind that there is a possibility that sometime in your life (if ever) you might develop pain and if that ever happens, you would need to undertake surgery. Unless that happens it is unnecessary to go for surgery.
