Question : I m having stomach pain because of gas.
Had vomit too, threw out all I ate today.

Had some chat items in lunch n juice n fruit in dinner.
Please suggest some home remedies to get quick relief or some over d counter medicines.

Hi, Sounds like you have Gastritis. I would take an OTC antacid like DiGene or ENO and a Proton pump inhibitor Like Omeprazole. 20mg a day for the next 5 days will do.
