Brief Answer: Triple therapy for Hpylori infection is next best Detailed Answer: Hi, You are typically giving a history of gastric ulcer that aggravates at night after few hours of food. The pins and needles in the stomach are symptoms noted in gastric irritation. Certainly the stress and other co factors should be checked like Helicobacter Pylori infection and NSAIDs abuse should be thought about. I think you should increase the dose of Omeprazole and take a complete course of treatment for H Pylori infection. YOu should meet a doctor and ask about triple therapy. At the same time you should avoid using any pain killers and start avoiding other stress factors in life. Advised bland and non spicy diet. No smoking and alcohol if you are used to them. Hope this helps.
