Suggest Treatment For Gastroparesis And Severe Dehydration

It could be diabetic gastroparesis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thankyou for your Question.
Dear I have gone through your history and it seems that it could be diabetic gastroparesis. Two main factors (increasing age and diabetes) could be the main reasons.
It is just like a diabetic neuropathy as an example, in which nerves get effected and there is no sensation in feet etc .Like wise in diabetic gastropathy or gastroparesis, intestinal wall and gastric nervous system is effected and function of peristalsis is diminished. So on and off problrms of chronic constipation and indigestion can happen.
If it would be gallbladder or pancreas ,the symptoms would be bulky stools (because of fat metabolism error) and foul smell stools etc .As both of these organs help in fat digestion.
I would like to ask that what diet you follow to decrease the symptoms of gastroparesis?
Hopefully I answered your question. If I need to clarify you more ,pls let me know.
Thankyou.
Regards,

Yes diet regarding this problem may help.
Detailed Answer:
Dear what you have told about diet, it is fine. I have seen my patients getting really good results following proper diet.First of all sugar control is very necessary to be prevent worsening of the condition. Secondly, as intestinal wall transit time gets increased because of less peristaltic movement of the GIT. So, bread and burgers could worsen the problem.
Low fibre diet is taken as fibers need longer time to digest. But what my patients got the maximum help from was with aleovera juice (half cup) in empty stomach in the morning.
Restrict intake of carbohydrates to only one time. Carbohydrates can be consumed in the form of cereal or wheat puree in the night time, timing is very important so that the blood sugar levels aren't low in the morning after starving all night during sleeping.
For breakfast I recommend papaya shake, after one hour of aleo vera juice may give enough energy for consuming.
This diet will help in maintaining blood sugar, energy levels of body and also relieve symptoms of gastroparesis. You may add carrot and cucumber (with skin) juice in lunch time with fish or chicken (boiled and blended) .
Gastroparesis symptoms may be avoided by eating easily digestible, soft food. Likewise, avoid snacks in mid meals instead try to take watermelon, papaya or apple and vegetable juices.
Taking a walk after meals also helps in easy digestibility.
Hopefully my answer will be helpful to you.You may ask further doubts without hesitation.
Regards.
