Suggest Treatment For Genetic Hypothyroid Disorder, Exhaustion And Sore Muscles

Question: Hi my names XXXXXXX 22 170 lbs and I have a genetic hypothyroid disorder. I first found out a ur ago and have been on the synthroid levothyroxine at between 50-75 mcg but I have not been better in fact I feel worse. I'm always hot, I'm always exhausted, my hearts always racing, I have sore muscles, I can never think and when I do it hurts physically, laying my head down makes me feel hotter than if I were to not sleep, and my eyes are so dry I cannot wear contacts
I do not eat the healthiest but before I was diagnosed I had strep which I get fairly annually and worked out. If you could help me it would be very much appreciated

Brief Answer:
Associated conditions may be present.
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. It may not be just hypothyroidism which is causing all the symptoms which you have. Vitamin D deficiency, Cortisol deficiency, depression, anemia etc can co exist with hypothyroidism. I suspect you may have one of these things in addition to hypothyroidism. You mentioned you have a genetic form of hypothyroidism. Do you have any reports of it? Did any doctor mention about pituitary problems?
Regards
Binu

Brief Answer:
Depression has to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Sure. Since you have hypothyroidism ( especially a genetic form), at young age, we do have to suspect associated other hormone deficiencies. Meanwhile, it also important to rule out depression as a cause of your symptoms. People with hypothyroidism often develop depression and that also need to be treated
