Suggest Treatment For Genital Herpes That Has Spread To The Thighs

Question: ok I have herpes well genital herpes and it spreaded to my mid thigh on the side of it and its always really itchy and it freaking me out cause it won't stop spreading down there in that part it got twice as big in the past week and it won't stop I don't know what to do about it.. so I was going to ask is there any such thing as herpe cream or some way to sooth it I'm on valtrex it helps for the sore on my genitals but it won't calm down the one on my thigh..then I thought could it be from my thigh hair down there cause my thigh hair is pretty lomg ..just saying?
