Brief Answer:
you can not totally cure genital warts

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Genital warts are caused by one of the strains of human papilloma virus (HPV). Removing the warts and taking the vaccine decreases your risk of spreading the virus and getting other strains of the virus but at present there is not cure for HPV.
Even after the warts are removed it is still possible that you have the virus in your system and you can transmit it to another person, so using condoms is always a good idea.
The good news is that the strain of HPV that causes warts is not the strain that causes cervical cancer.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
