Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts
Question: Hi, I had genital warts about 11 years ago. I was embarrassed to go to doctor so I ordered Aldara online. The cream worked. However, I always thought I had a few tiny warts left that started to grow but never got bigger. They are on the underneath side of the head on my penis. So about 5 years ago I went to my regular doctor and he said no they are pearly papules not warts. But I never had these before the warts 11 years ago. My questions are, could a genital wart remain very tiny like a papule? I am seeing a new person and don't know what to do.

But I would like to tell you that if your Dermatologist has examined you and mentioned it as Pearly Penile Papules then it must be the moat likely possibility. They are often noticed alongwith some.other disease existing with them. I mean that the most likely scenario is that you must have noticed them because of your co existing warts .
But still if you have any doubts you may upload images here or visit your another nearby doctor for confirmation of the diagnosis.
As a Dermatologist, I would like to assure you that no competent Dermatologist can confuse warts with PPP.
