Brief Answer:
Normal aging process. Nothing is needed to worry about
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/63 - grade I prostatomegaly - 22.5 cc - no pain symptoms - urination is normal - wants to know what should be done ...
Since you are 63 grade I prostate enlargement can be taken as normal aging process and nothing is needed to be done unless there are any related symptoms.
Please carry on a normal routine life and stop worrying about prostate.
I hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Thank you Doctor for the clarity. However I am uploading the radiology reports for your info. Report indicates calculus in VUJ and RK also.
Please advise.
Please advise.
Brief Answer:
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Seen the reports.
The 10 mm calculus in the right UVJ should be bothered and needs intervention by Urologist as soon as possible for clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations like IVP that is intravenous pyelography, tests of urine and blood and anything he shall feel necessary so that the course of action can be take.
The stones in the right kidney are of 5 mm and in the poles hence would not bother at the moment but needs attention.
Since the size of the polyps in gall bladder is not noted means they may be small and needs ultrasonographic follow up.
As explained below.
