Brief Answer:
need doctor's consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

From the symptoms that you have mentioned,i do feel that you may have recurrence of the stomach infection / haemorrhoids .

The exact cause of recurrent stomach symptoms needs to be sought for.

A endoscopy with mucosal biopsy and stool examination needs to be done.

The spine disc injuries do not seem to be related to the present symptoms.

You should consult a Gastro-enterologist for further treatment.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
